Orange Campus presents its first Learning Cup


On 25 November, the first Group Learning Cup was held at Orange Campus, celebrating the learning community and our innovative and responsible training programs. Here’s a look back on a collaborative and inspirational day for us all

325 participants from 22 countries embarked on the adventure in April 2021 and submitted 83 applications. The 12 creative and committed teams who made the final promoted their actions face-to-face and virtually in front of a curious and attentive jury, who awarded 4 overall winners.

And the winners are…

Based on the following 6 criteria: strategic impact, efficiency, cross-functional team, reproducibility, putting the learner first, and the originality of the approach:

  • The jury’s prize: “RPA_Self Service” – Orange Spain – Training that teaches all employees how to create their own robot automation process.
 
  • The learning organization prize: “Café e-learning” – Orange Guinea – A pragmatic and collaborative approach that offers peer-to-peer support to promote the culture of online learning and use of Orange Learning.
 
  • Innovation prize: “Augmented Reality and Real-Time 3D” – Orange France – A “real-world” training program for technicians using immersive learning to identify business situations and associated alerts.
 
  • CSR prize : “Responsible Marketing”– Orange Innovation, OBS, Orange France and Group CSR – A training course that teaches responsible design to product marketing and service teams.
 

This first edition will have enabled the sharing of innovative practices to meet the challenge of skills and accompany the transformation of the Orange Group.
